Elliot and partners, provides long-term capital and advice to family-owned and entrepreneurial businesses through a multi-dimensional merchant banking and advisory platform founded in 2005. Its affiliates, partners and clients, may also co-invest in selected principal opportunities. The firm is based in Atlanta, GA. USA.

THE FOUNDER

Jason B. Elliot is an experienced financier of, advisor to, tens of venture, startup, and private equity-backed companies. 
MBA, Beta Gamma Sigma, Graduate School of Business at Columbia University. BA, cum laude, International Relations, and Economics, Boston University.

Father, husband, entrepreneur, deal-maker, mentor, philanthropist, collector.

WHAT WE'VE ACHIEVED

• Backed numerous operating partners in management buyouts and private equity partnerships.

• Invested in, and helped build, many consumer brands with over $250 million of invested equity. 

• Led or co-led 15 direct private equity investments, together with the collaboration with over 50 qualified and institutional investment partners and members.

• Unique and repeated leadership in the alternative investment and wealth management industry: led an MBO of a top-25 private asset management firm involving over $700 million in AUM (2006-2015; led the formation, incubation and seeding of a successful hedge fund seeding platform (2010-present; principal collaborations with one of the world’s largest alternative investment companies.

• Formed, and in many cases, led, the board of directors in partnership with our affiliate founders and/or CEOs.

• Empowered the corporate development goals of our affiliate CEOs and boards through the sourcing, acquisition, and funding of approximately two add-on acquisitions.

• Advised the founders and owners, and many cases, with their investors and boards, of tens of early-stage and high-growth companies in the U.S., enabling stronger execution plans, investment funding, board augmentation, and more rapid growth.

• Supported, advised, and/or funded the formation of several management companies and their founders.
